Our Delivery Policy:

Lebanon:

We deliver within 2 to 3 days depending on the area. 

For all areas the delivery fee is for 20,000 LBP 

International Shipping:

Our international deliveries are handled by UPS.

Delivery within 3 to 5 working days to any country worldwide. Shipping cost vary from one country to another (cost is specified at checkout depending on the selected country).

You will need to make sure to cover any ingoing customs & taxes when shipping to your destination. 

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. 

Exchange/Return Policy:

If you would like to try on your item to check the size, kindly ask the driver to wait for you and if for any reason you decide to exchange, you certainly can within 24 hours after receiving the order with a 20,000 LBP delivery charge for the return.

In order to get a refund, please make sure you or someone you know is present at home or work address to accept the delivery and check the item. Refunds are only accepted if returned back with the driver immediately upon delivery. 

Please note that all items must be received back unworn and in its original form.
